Originally from West Virginia, Professor Evans pursued his legal education at appٷ, where he distinguished himself by serving as the National Attorney General for the National Black Law Students Association. He was also on the board of both the Negotiation Honors Program and Southwestern Law Review.
Admitted to the California State Bar in 2015, Professor Evans has since built a practice focusing on civil rights and criminal defense. He is a founder of Salazar Evans LLP, based in Pasadena, known for his commitment to justice and client advocacy. His firm is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges, whether they are facing criminal charges or seeking redress for personal injuries.
